Baby Dance Club™️ is designed for parents and caregivers of babies aged 0-18 months. Whether you're a first-time parent, an experienced caregiver, or just looking for a fun way to bond with your baby and meet others in the community, this class is for you!

The first 30 minutes focus on dancing, starting with a warm-up that includes foundational Baby Dance Club™️ moves, followed by a new choreographed routine each week. The second 30 minutes are all about connection—caregivers can chat, share experiences, and build friendships in a supportive environment. Plus, you get the opportunity to ask me, a DONA certified postpartum doula & pediatric sleep consultant all of your questions!

It is highly recommended to bring a baby carrier to have your child in during out 30 minutes of movement. If you do not have a carrier that you like, or would like to try a new one I have many you are welcome to borrow during class!

No problem at all! One of the few Baby Dance Club™️ rules and knowing that "babies are babies". Meaning you’re welcome to stop at any time to feed, change, or comfort your baby. This is a judgment-free space where babies’ needs always come first.

Not at all! Baby Dance Club™️ is all about movement, bonding, and fun. The routines are simple and easy to follow, it's all about moving your body and connecting with your baby. No dance experience is necessary!

Yes! The class is designed to be gentle, with modifications available. However, if you are newly postpartum or have any medical concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider before attending.

We use a fun, upbeat, and adult-friendly playlist! While we love baby songs, Baby Dance Club™️ is designed for caregivers to enjoy just as much as their little ones.
